Electrode Baking Calculator

Calculate electrode baking temperature and time for low-hydrogen electrodes

Low-hydrogen electrodes (E70XX, E80XX, E90XX, E100XX, E110XX) require baking to remove moisture and prevent hydrogen cracking.
Initial baking is for new/sealed electrodes. Reconditioning is for electrodes exposed to atmosphere beyond allowed time.
Weight of electrodes to be baked. Oven should not be overloaded; follow manufacturer capacity.
